“Perfect service and a quality product”
Paul was great to deal with, prompt and responsive, we had an unforeseen delay which he accommodated gracefully. Everything went according to plan. Very pleased.

Everything was very smooth. People turned up at agreed times, the installation was quick, efficient and very neat. The rooms were left clean and tidy, the old windows and all the debris were removed. The windows work very well. Highly recommended.

Unique Glazing was very responsive and prompt to send Paul, the sales person to check the existing windows and discuss the specs of the new windows. He really listened to my preferences and went in depth in finding the best solution available and within the building constraints. The builders were discreet and kept the place neat and tidy after they completed the project, while Paul remained very reactive to answer my last minute questions. One of the window required a small adjustment after the installation, and they sent someone to fix it under 48 hours.

Unique Glazing was one of the companies who managed to provide a quote very quickly and at a very competitive price; plus, as a temporary offer I got A+ rated windows for the price of A-rated ones, which is another bonus. The negotiations of price and project details went very quickly, in all details, and with constant friendly support from the Unique Glazing Sales and Engineering teams. Installation went well and quick. In total, the project took less than a month from the quotation/survey to the completing the installation.

I was very pleased with the thorough way in which the two fitters carried out the fitting of the 10 upvc windows in one day. Also, the subsequent return visit to adjust some of the fasteners, completed efficiently.
“Avoid”
The company is a joke. Survey done badly windows were too small. The communication with the company is even worse. No answer to calls. Nothing is a fault of the company .. window fitters bad attitude.they don't seem to know what the level is ...... I regret this purchase
“Did a good job”
Quality of the windows are okay but one still won’t lock properly. They look great from outside and in. The fitters were quick and efficient but not very tidy. They were the most expensive quote with a high Trust Pilot rating which, in my case was not justified.
